Exciting role for a Senior M&A Corporate Finance Professional who can originate and execute Buyside M&A transactions.
Our clients offers Investment Banking M&A Services to Corporate Clients across the US who are interested in Buy Side M&A Acquisitions and supports clients across a range of sectors including and not limited to Tech, Industrials, Logistics and Distribution.
You will have experience in managing end-to-end transactions and be able to take responsibility for delivering client projects and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A across UK, European, and/or US markets, with the ability to manage client engagements from start to finish while providing strategic guidance. You will be confident coordinating resources, and running 5-6 transactions a year.
Exciting role for an M&A originator and executor who would like to work with highly active corporates and PE backed Portfolio Companies and have more flexibility. Paid on a salary and commission. Remote role from a location in the US.
